Complete and sign these forms and email to secretary@hillcrestvillagers.co.za, or hand them to the secretary at the club, together with proof of payment for the appropriate fees. (Zapper payments are also available)
The club scretary will allocate an ASA licence number to you.
NB: Please note if you are transferring from another Club you are requested to submit a Clearance Letter.

MEMBERS NEED TO KNOW:
MEMBERS AND MARATHON
HVAC members are not permitted to run the Hillcrest Marathon or Half Marathon, unless by prior arrangement with the Chairman. We ask for your services to volunteer at this event hosted by your club. We need all the help that we can get.
THREE MONTH PAYMENT PLAN
HVAC allows membership fee payments over three months. If you would like to take advantage of this please speak to the secretary.
PENSIONERS DISCOUNT
HVAC offers a pensioners discount to our runners over the age of 65.
ASSISTED MEMBERS
If you need financial assistance to be a part of our club please speak to the secretary. This is at the sole descretion of the committee.

MARRIED COUPLES

JUNIOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

For juniors under the age of 18 and students up to age 21 (Subject to verification of student status).

SENIORS 65+

From age 65 and up.

SOCIAL MEMBERS

Full club membership for the year, NOT including an ASA licence.
